Specific attributes
1.       ICT Skills	There are many ICT skills that can be used in a workplace these include software and hardware skills	Almost all jobs now require some basic understanding of computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email. As everything is getting more computer based employers are looking for people with up to date knowledge on how to work and understand a computer. This can benefit Rainbow charity as IT skills can help with producing speech books and posters to advertise for the charity
General attributes
1.      Verbal Communication	This would be used to communicate with other people within a business this is also helpful to meet new people and to sort deals in a business. It also means that I am able to express ideas clearly and confidently in speech	Employers want this skill in employees as it is a key skill to have and it allows for the employee to be able to communicate with others in the workplace. It also helps to be able to talk to customers and help people while working. This would also be useful for the Rainbow charity as they may need someone to be able to talk to the public and also bring interesting ideas forward for the charity
Personal attitudes
1.     self-motivation	Being self-motivated means that I have the ability to work independently without any or little to none supervision. This will be good for Rainbow charity as it means that I will be willing to do activities for the charity	So that they have good employees that are willing to complete tasks and who are motivat'ed easy, since the are self motivated the will complete work to the best of there ability. Also so they are able to act on identify opportunities and proactive in putting forward ideas and coming up with solutions to situations.
2.     leadership 3. Confidence	Being able to take leadership is a  key thing as  I will be able to lead a group into success in many different situations  By being confident in a charity  such as rainbow charity means that I would be able to communicate with other staff members and the public about events, it also means that i will be willing to do things that some people may not want to do.	So that someone can take lead in situations to guide a team to where the need to be and to give there opinion across. Able to motivate and direct others in the correct way. This skill will be good for Rainbow charity as they would need someone to be able to take lead in different situations. Employers value employees that have confidence because they tend to work better and are more easily motivated than other employees. Confidence is also important because it opens up a lot of roles that they can do and what they could be able to do. It also means that there dedicated to do whatever or do something that others find to embarrassing
